Most schools quote you flight time and let everything else arrive later as invoices. Our Commercial, CFI and CFII phases each include 25 to 30 hours of one-on-one ground instruction, written exam preparation, oral preparation, lesson plan development and maneuver briefings, built into the price rather than billed on top of it.
If a student needs flight time beyond the program hours, it is charged at standard rates. We will tell you early if that is tracking. Never on checkride day.

Hours shown reflect typical student completion times and meet or exceed FAA minimums under 14 CFR Part 61. Actual hours vary by individual. Simulator and flight training device time counts toward certain rating requirements but does not count toward the 250-hour total flight time requirement.
